REGISTRATION FEE

UG students : Rs. 500/-

Research scholars / PG students : Rs. 750/-

Faculty from Engineering Colleges : Rs. 1000/-

R&D organizations &

Industry delegates : Rs. 1500/-

Co-authors : Rs. 200/-

All the payments should be made in the form of DD in favour of “Mahendra College of Engineering” payable at Salem.

Note: The presentation sessions will be separate for UG students and PG/Research Scholar/ Faculties. The best paper award will be given in each session.

Registration fee includes conference proceedings, conference kit, lunch and refreshments.

ACCOMODATION

Accommodation will be arranged in the college hostel for the delegates based on Availability and request.

FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION

All the papers must follow IEEE format and should not exceed more than 5 pages. Authors are requested to submit the papers in DOC format to the email id rtccsipa@gmail.com and hard copy to the conference secretary by 18th March 2017. Best papers will be considered for publication in ANNEXURE II journals.

FEES DETAILS

Registration fee includes Conference Proceedings, Kit, Refreshment and Lunch. Please note that registration fee does not include accommodation. However organizing committee can help in arranging accommodation on additional cost, if a specific request is made in advance.For publication in the Anna University Annexed/ Scopus indexed Journal, publication charge is applicable in addition as per the norms of the publishing Journal. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered separately.
