ABOUT THE COLLEGE

Mahendra College of Engineering is a unit of Mahendra Educational Trust established in 2005 to meet the higher education needs of the students who seek to practice as engineers and scientists. It is located in Minnampalli, on the Salem-Chennai highway. The college is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University. The Institution has completed 10 years of dedicated and excellent services in the field if technical education. Our institution offers Eight U.G. Programmes (BME, Civil Engg, CSE, ECE, EEE, IT, MECH, Mechtronics Engg.)  and Four P.G. Programmes  to cater to the needs of over 1500 students from various parts of our country and abroad.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

             The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has Started in the  year 2005 with highly qualified and experienced faculty members with various specializations. The Department has well-equipped laboratories with state of the art technologies. The department runs an UG course in ECE and PG course in Communication System. UG and PG students are highly innovative and have won several prizes in both national level and international design contests.ECE department has an excellent placement record which has been consistently above 75 % . Alumni of ECE Dept of Mahendra College of Engineering occupy key positions in industry and are successful as entrepreneurs.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

This National conference on “RTCCSIPA'17” is intended to create a platform to share the knowledge in the field of signal processing and communication. Every session will begin with an expert lecture from an eminent speaker in the field. It will also provide an opportunity for the students and the faculty members to meet the professionals and experts in the field and discuss the opportunities available for innovation and to pursue research work in these areas.
